Job summary

MCI is hiring a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support from a remote/home-based role in the United States. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, or chat and strive to deliver professional, friendly service.

The ideal candidate is 18+, has a high school diploma or GED, excellent communication, problem-solving and active listening abilities, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior CS experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications
