Job summary

Next Stop Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support client requests, organize service arrangements, and assist in coordinating the overall process in a remote setting.

You will manage inquiries, coordinate detailed service plans, submit reservations, and maintain accurate records while contributing to process improvements. Flexible remote work and onboarding/training are provided to support your success.

Qualifications
