Enovis, based in Austin, TX, seeks a Customer Service Representative to join a dynamic remote customer service and sales support team. You’ll deliver friendly, professional support and assist with general business tasks.

The role requires 2–4 years in customer service, strong English communication, and proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office. Travel is modest, with excellent organizational skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales operations, and/or logistics.

Responsabilités

• Manage inquiries from internal and external customers by email, phone, and Microsoft Teams.
• Explain products and services clearly to customers.
• Process product returns, exchanges, and recall paperwork.
• Collect information for product complaints.
• Use the ERP system to process orders for billing and restocking.
• Handle credit rebills and inventory transfer requests.
• Adhere to the monthly closing schedule.
