Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in customer service, operations, or related business support roles.

Responsibilities

• Independently analyze customer orders and non-routine requests and translate requirements into SAP and Entegris processes for accurate fulfillment.
• Serve as primary contact for assigned customers, manage non-routine issues, prioritize, and determine actions.
• Identify shipping, billing holds, account discrepancies, or service risks and take corrective action within authority.
• Resolve accounts receivable issues by interpreting policy and coordinating with Finance.
• Develop pricing quotes and terms; review purchase orders for compliance and alignment with requirements.
• Balance customer needs with operational, regulatory, and financial considerations; be the voice of the customer.
