Enviroairsolutions is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the first point of contact for customers. This full-time remote role focuses on delivering top-notch support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience from home.

You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, assist with orders and returns, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to upsell where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
