Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle qualified calls, upsell products, and provide solutions from home. Training is provided, with hours 8am-5pm EST during training and operations 7am-7pm EST after training.

This role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to document account information accurately; knowledge of Microsoft Office helps, and success leads to growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• One to two years’ experience working in a call center environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
• Reliable shift attendance is essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software is needed.

Mansioni

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products and services to customers during qualified calls, including other offerings.
• Potential for monthly and quarterly bonus based on sales performance for meeting KPIs.
• Assist customers with inquiries/concerns.
• Ensure all account information is accurately documented in the client system.
• Provide detailed explanations of account status and inquiries to customers.
• Adhere to State and Federal regulations pertaining to your job duties.
• Assist customers with delinquent accounts according to state guidelines.
• Discuss additional product and service offerings with customers on qualified calls.
• Use strong communication to meet client and customer goals.
