Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to handle customer inquiries, promote products, and document account information from home. Training runs 27 days, 8am–5pm EST, with post-training hours 7am–7pm EST.

Compensation starts at $15.00 per hour and Harver assessments are required for prompt consideration. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in a call center, strong communication, reliable attendance, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft applications and able to learn software quickly.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and meeting deadlines.
• Effective call handling and professional communication required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively discuss and recommend additional products during calls.
• Assist customers with inquiries and input accurate account information.
• Provide explanations of account status and adhere to regulations.
• Handle delinquent accounts per state guidelines and meet KPIs.
• Utilize strong communication to achieve client and customer goals.
