Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Cameras must be on during training.
• Shifts may vary from 7am-7pm EST.
• Overtime may be required.
• Comfort with using different systems.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls regarding Billing inquiries.
• Handle Disconnect/Reconnect requests.
• Process Payment Arrangements.
• Process Budget Billings.
• Make payments.
• Process trouble and outage orders.
• Move In/Out Service.
• Assist with My Account (Online Accts).
