Transworld Systems Inc. is hiring a Remote Call Center Representative to join our customer service team. You will complete assessments via Harver after submitting your application, and remote workers receive company-issued equipment.

In the Houston market, biweekly Thursdays may be onsite for training. Compensation ranges from $15 to $17 per hour. You will negotiate and collect past-due payments by phone, maintaining accounts per policy, and adhering to state/federal rules.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, assertive and persuasive with strong negotiation skills.
• Enjoys dealing with the public.
• Detail oriented with accurate documentation in a computer system.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate and process payments on delinquent accounts by phone.
• Assess financial condition through thorough inquiries.
• Track and maintain accounts to ensure prompt payment recovery.
• Perform account maintenance: reviews, aging, balances, payments, updates.
• Adhere to state and federal collection regulations.
• Meet call quality and process standards.
