Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our work-from-home team. You will handle calls, communicate with consumers, and strive to resolve unpaid accounts while keeping accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with consumers by telephone and written correspondence to resolve unpaid accounts.
• Provide thorough, efficient, and accurate account updates on computer files for each call.
• Skip tracing to locate consumer contact information.
• Counsel delinquent consumers to help find funds to meet obligations.
• Comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and regulations.
• Follow and stay up-to-date on TSI policies and procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of company policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback to management on problems or improvements.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
