Weed Man Louisville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our fast-growing lawn care team. This full-time, remote role involves answering calls, texts, and emails, coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers, and processing a high volume of customer inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, excellent phone and organizational skills, and comfort with multitasking and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers to handle duties.
• Answer a large volume of incoming calls, texts and emails.
• Provide answers, resolve concerns, collect receivables and verify customer information.
