Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Louisville area team. This full-time, fully remote role offers weekday hours from 9 am to 6 pm and an hourly compensation range of $16–$17, with a bonus program.

You will handle inbound calls, texts and emails, coordinate with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers, and help resolve customer questions while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced office environment.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience.
• Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Answer a large volume of incoming phone calls, texts and emails to address questions and resolve concerns.
• Coordinate and process duties with Sales, Technical and Administrative managers and ensure accurate records in a fast-paced office.
