Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a courteous Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. You will handle high volumes of calls, texts, and emails, coordinate with sales, and support accounts receivable while delivering friendly, accurate service.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, hourly pay of $16–$17, comprehensive benefits, and training to help you grow with a fast-paced lawn care leader.

Qualifications

• Excellent phone & organizational skills are a must.
• Computer skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks with keen attention to detail.
• Previous customer service experience and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process duties withSales, Technical, and Administrative managers.
• Answer a large volume of incoming calls, texts and emails.
• Interact with customers by phone, text and email to address needs and resolve concerns.
• Verify customer information and assist with accounts receivable tasks.
• Make phone sales and contribute to a positive customer experience.
