Job summary

Weed Man is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote, full-time role. You will handle a high volume of calls, texts, and emails, coordinating with Sales, Technical, and Administrative managers to resolve customer needs and process accounts receivable where needed.

A passion for service and strong organizational skills are essential. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 9 am–6 pm, with a competitive salary and bonus program.
