Job summary

Simon Roofing, a long-standing leader in the roofing industry, is seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher to join our remote dispatch team. You will receive calls and emails, generate work orders, and dispatch service calls to technicians promptly.

You will communicate estimates to customers for approval and support technicians across branches. The role emphasizes strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on independent work from home and a rotating weekend schedule.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; some college preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and database software.
• Ability to work 11AM–8PM and rotating weekends.
• Able to work from home with provided IT equipment; self-motivated and independent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and emails from internal and external customers.
• Generate work orders with customer specifications.
• Dispatch service calls to appropriate technicians/branches promptly.
• Communicate roofing estimates to customers for approval of service work.
• Provide support to service technicians across branches.
• Complete special projects as assigned by management.
• Assist other departments during downtime through cross-training.
