Job summary

August Roofing & Solar is hiring a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support our Marketing Department during peak seasonal demand. This part-time, seasonal role provides weekend coverage for lead response and customer communication, with remote Saturdays and Sundays and flexible hours during the week.

You'll work across our CRM and office tools, handling inquiries by phone, SMS, and email, performing data entry, and assisting with marketing operations to keep the lead pipeline

Qualifications

• Strong communicator across phone, email, SMS
• Organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable with Excel, data entry and admin tasks with accuracy
• Able to switch between lead outreach and administrative work
• Willing to learn new technology and work across several systems

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound phone, SMS, and email coverage, responding to new lead and customer inquiries
• Conduct outbound lead outreach using established follow-up processes across phone, email, and SMS
• Monitor missed calls and AI-handled interactions requiring follow-up
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel and other department systems
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, including recurring marketing activities, customer reviews, reporting, data management, and lead generation support
• Provide flexible administrative support based on department priorities and volume
• Participate in training, process updates, and operational handoffs to keep weekday and weekend operations connected
