Qualifications

• 1+ year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is required.
• High ability to multi-task and switch tasks quickly.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority.
• Dispatch and debrief technicians effectively.
• Monitor performance of service technicians.
