Job summary

Blue Signal Search is seeking a Customer Service Dispatcher for a growing home-services organization. You thrive when phones are busy, schedules move, and customers need answers, keeping field operations running smoothly.

Combine customer service instincts with scheduling savvy and sales confidence. You will own a fast-moving queue across phone, email, text, and chat; turn inquiries into booked appointments; build technician schedules; coordinate large residential, multifamily, and commercial

Qualifications

  • Experience supporting a high volume of customers in a call center, service business, or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Confident phone communication and a natural ability to establish trust quickly with customers.
  • Hands-on experience with dispatching, field-service scheduling, appointment setting, or calendar coordination.
  • Comfort discussing service costs, identifying customer needs, and suggesting additional services without using a high-pressure approach.
  • Strong CRM discipline, including accurate notes, complete job details, and dependable administrative follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Own a fast-moving customer queue across phone, email, text, and chat while keeping every interaction organized and responsive.
  • Turn service questions into confirmed appointments by explaining options clearly, discussing pricing, and guiding customers toward the right solution.
  • Recommend relevant add-on services when they fit the customer's needs, including vent, coil, and indoor-air-quality related work.
  • Build efficient technician schedules by balancing geography, daily capacity, appointment requirements, and changing field conditions.
  • Coordinate larger residential, multifamily, and commercial jobs, including access details, site contacts, timelines, and service documentation.
  • Create and follow up on estimates, proposals, invoices, confirmations, and other customer-facing paperwork with strong attention to detail.
  • Support the full payment cycle by taking payments, following up on open balances, and maintaining accurate account records.
  • Resolve routine service concerns with sound judgment, clear communication, and ownership, escalating only when the situation requires it.
