August Roofing & Solar is seeking a Customer Service & Administrative Coordinator to support our Marketing Department during peak seasonal demand. This part-time, seasonal role provides dedicated weekend coverage for lead response and customer communication, working remotely from home on Saturdays and Sundays with flexible scheduling for additional hours during the week.

You will handle inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, perform data entry in Excel, and assist with marketing operations.

Formación

• Excellent written and verbal communication across phone, email, and SMS.
• Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Excel and data entry with high accuracy.
• Adaptable and self-directed with weekend availability.
• Comfortable using CRM and various office tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide inbound phone, SMS, and email coverage responding to leads and inquiries.
• Conduct outbound lead outreach using established follow-up processes across phone, email, and SMS.
• Monitor missed calls and AI-handled interactions needing follow-up.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in Excel and department systems.
• Assist with day-to-day marketing operations including recurring activities, reviews, reporting, data management, and lead generation support.
• Provide flexible administrative support based on department priorities and volume.
• Participate in training, process updates, and operational handoffs to connect weekday and weekend operations.
