CrowdStrike, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a Manager, Customer Sales to guide a team of Corporate Account Managers focused on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals for SMB segments. You will coach, recruit, and develop talent while coordinating with Sales Engineering and Channel teams to expand customer investments in CrowdStrike’s AI-native platform.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in full sales cycles in account management, 1+ year of frontline sales management, and strong

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full sales cycle experience in an account management capacity selling to IT/security teams.
• 1+ years of frontline sales management experience with quota attainment.
• Experience working with channel sales and presales/post sales.
• Track record of hiring, coaching, and leading sales teams.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually.

Responsabilités

• Manage a team of 6-8 Corporate Account Managers
• Coaching reps on sales strategies and opportunities
• Grow the team’s pipeline and improve close rates
• Recruit and train new Corporate Account Managers
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering on account strategies
• Partner with Channel Team to expand customer investments
• Forecast and report updates to management
• Become an insider in the Cyber Security Industry and CrowdStrike products
• Drive expansions, secure renewals, align with leadership
