DIRECTV, LLC is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) focused on retention to support our customers from home within 75 miles of Meridian, ID. You will address service inquiries, resolve issues, and use sales skills to recommend solutions that keep customers satisfied.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, virtual environment, leveraging product knowledge and strong communication to maintain relationships, with a base hourly wage plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience.
• Familiarity with Windows computers.
• An ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance.
• A private or secluded work location within your residence.
• Reliable LAN or WLAN internet with speeds of at least 18mbps download and 12mbps upload.

Responsabilités

• Answer customer calls and address inquiries concerning services and products.
• Utilize various systems to assist customers.
• Use sales expertise to make recommendations according to customer’s needs.
• Process purchases of all products and services using operational systems.
• Identify and resolve customer technical issues with solid problem-solving.
