Teleperformance USA is seeking a Customer Support Retention Expert to be the primary contact for our clients, handling inbound and outbound inquiries with professionalism in a fast-paced, customer-first environment.

This role emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and problem solving with a focus on first-contact resolution. Ongoing urgency and multi-state eligibility apply for remote work options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to type at least 25 words per minute.
• Comfortable with Windows-based systems.
• Customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• College degree preferred but not required.
