Job summary

Silvus Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to act as the post-sales operations liaison between manufacturing and North American customers. You will manage purchase orders, production schedules, and delivery coordination to ensure on-time integration into the customer's production plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of post-sales operations, account management, or technical project coordination experience.
• Strong ability to analyze production schedules, purchase orders, and demand forecasts.
• Excellent communication to translate customer needs to internal constraints.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to federal contracts.
• Background check and drug test clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary post-sale ops liaison with key NA customers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews on delivery performance and roadmap alignment.
• Work with demand planners to translate forecasts into production data.
• Track open purchase orders and coordinate with manufacturing and logistics for delays.
• Manage escalation for hardware defects or field failures.
• Oversee the RMA process for replacements and failure analysis.
• Travel up to 30% to visit customers and Silvus HQ.
