Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join its customer operations team. The role centers on timely, accurate resolution of complex inquiries through email and selective phone support, while maintaining top QA scores and professional client rapport.

You will leverage in-depth product and financial knowledge to resolve a broad range of issues, participate in training, and support cross-functional initiatives. This is a remote-first role with some in-person onboarding as needed.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-growth team context.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and QA scores while building rapport with clients.
• Apply product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues.
• Participate in ongoing training to learn new skills and responsibilities.
• Identify trends and areas for improvement with cross-functional partners.
• Assist with new product incubations and ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Manage schedules and email channels to drive productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with other Affirm teams to resolve complex issues.
