Job summary

Affirm, Inc. is seeking an Operations Associate to join the customer operations team. The role focuses on resolving escalated inquiries primarily via email, with some phone support, while upholding high QA scores and professional rapport.

You will leverage knowledge of Affirm’s products and financial services to investigate and resolve a range of customer issues, collaborate across teams, and participate in ongoing training. This remote-friendly position supports the US with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Experience interacting with customers in an omnichannel environment (phone, email, chat, etc).
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated customer inquiries via email, with occasional phone support.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores while building positive rapport.
• Use product and financial knowledge to investigate and resolve issues across cases.
• Participate in training to develop new skills and responsibilities.
• Identify trends and opportunities for process improvements and product features.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and resolve complex customer issues.
• Manage schedules and email channels to drive productivity and quality.
