Job summary

Affirms is seeking an Operations Associate to join our Customer Operations team, delivering timely and accurate resolutions to complex inquiries across email and occasional calls. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in ongoing training, and help identify areas for process improvements while maintaining high QA scores.

This remote-first role requires English and French proficiency, flexibility for evenings/weekends, and a strong commitment to customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
• 1-3 years of omnichannel customer support experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem-solving and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated inquiries via email, with occasional calls.
• Maintain professionalism and high QA scores with clients.
• Apply product/financial knowledge to resolve diverse issues.
• Participate in training to develop new skills and responsibilities.
• Identify trends and areas for process improvements.
• Assist with new product/incubation projects as needed.
• Manage schedules and email channels to drive productivity and quality.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to analyze and resolve issues.
• Create documentation including meeting notes and procedural updates.
