Job summary

You will drive onboarding and adoption on Cisco IQ platform, supporting customers through setup, telemetry enablement, and platform activation. You will engage customers via phone, email, and webinars, provide guidance, capture feedback, and collaborate with cross functional teams to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer onboarding or account management.
• Strong understanding of user lifecycle and onboarding processes.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
• Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
