Job summary

AI Acquisition is seeking a Client Onboarding Concierge to guide new customers through the initial setup and onboarding process. This remote, client-facing role focuses on fast responses, proactive follow-up, and helping customers schedule and complete required steps.

Daily duties include welcoming customers, booking calls, guiding setup, and ensuring preparation for onboarding, with ongoing follow-ups until progress is made.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Confident with phone conversations.
• Experience in Customer Support, Customer Success, Appointment Setting, Onboarding, or similar roles.
• Professional and patient communication style.
• Persistent with follow-up without being pushy.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail.
• Familiar with CRM systems and learning new tech.
• Able to manage multiple customers and priorities.
• Reliable and coachable with clear targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers quickly after purchase, aiming for the first call within 30 minutes.
• Welcome customers and explain next steps.
• Book and confirm Intro and Onboarding calls.
• Follow up by phone, SMS, and email when there is no response.
• Help customers access platforms and complete required setup.
• Follow up with missed appointments and rebook.
• Resolve simple login, booking, and platform issues.
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team.
• Keep accurate notes on interactions and progress.
• Continue follow-ups until onboarding is completed.
