Job summary

Sierra Interactive is seeking a Customer Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding journey from contract to site launch, guiding clients with proactive, high-touch communication. You’ll remove blockers, ensure client satisfaction, and drive measurable results across onboarding and post-launch activities.

You will work remotely with a cross-functional team, serving clients in the US and Canada, focusing on adoption, education, and successful go-lives.

Qualifications

• Own the onboarding journey from contract to go-live with accountability.
• Communicate proactively to prevent delays and confusion.
• Guide clients with empathy and professionalism throughout the process.
• Maintain clear, well-written updates and project notes.

Responsibilities

• Own the onboarding experience for a portfolio of new clients from signed agreement through launch.
• Drive client progress via emails, calls, and Zoom to ensure on-track delivery.
• Guide clients through deliverables like intake, IDX approvals, EIN submission, and billing setup.
• Monitor onboarding tasks and escalate blockers early.
• Reignite stalled projects with proactive, solution-focused communication.
• Facilitate a smooth website go-live and post-launch adoption.
