You will handle account maintenance, billing questions, and technical support, working from a private home workspace in a fast-paced call center setting. The role offers multiple shifts (including overnight and day options) and requires flexibility with schedules and a background check.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED completed.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to emails with a professional attitude.
• Act as single point of contact for billing questions, payments, and account maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and guide customers through WEX online platforms and mobile apps.
• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM.
