Job summary

BRUNT Workwear is seeking a customer service ambassador for a 100% remote, hourly role. You will create exceptional customer experiences, build loyalty, and guide buyers to BRUNT products by understanding their needs.

You will engage across channels, meet CSAT targets, and manage tickets while collaborating with the CX team during peak periods like Black Friday. Eligible states apply: CO, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service role (retail, call center, or remote).
• Proven ability to drive exceptional customer experiences and meet SLAs.
• Experience navigating and resolving customer issues with professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical proficiency managing multiple platforms while assisting customers.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Highly collaborative and ownership-driven.
• Reside in one of the eligible states: CO, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, MN, MO, NY, NC, OH, OR, PA, TX, WA, WI.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers across channels while managing a designated ticket volume.
• Meet or exceed CSAT, response time, and efficiency targets.
• Develop product knowledge to confidently guide customers to suitable BRUNT products.
• Analyze feedback trends and provide insights to reduce customer effort.
• Understand company policies and make customer-focused decisions within BRUNT values.
