Job summary

Southernbridgegroup is seeking motivated Customer Services Coordinators for a fully remote role. You will assist customers with researching and comparing destination and travel options, and provide professional service throughout the planning and reservation process.

You will coordinate reservations, maintain accurate information, respond to questions by phone, email, or online, and stay informed about destinations and promotions.

Qualifications

• Must reside in an eligible U.S. state.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in customer service or reservations is helpful but not required.
• Remote work setup and self-motivation required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with researching and comparing destination, accommodation, cruise, resort, and vacation options.
• Provide professional customer service throughout the planning and reservation process.
• Coordinate reservations and maintain accurate customer information.
• Communicate important reservation details, policies, deadlines, and updates.
• Respond to customer questions through phone, email, text, or online communication.
• Follow up with customers before and after reservations are completed.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Stay informed about destinations, suppliers, promotions, and industry updates.
