Job summary

Jerry is a remote-first company focused on helping customers manage their car and home assets with warmth and speed. The Customer Operations team plays a central role across sales and service, offering a path that includes inbound calls, product knowledge, and proactive problem solving to improve the customer journey.

Starting pay includes an hourly wage of $19.00–$21.00 with uncapped commissions for the sales path, and $19.00–$21.00 for the service path.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and identifying gaps customers didn’t know to ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Getting deep on the product with a large panel of insurers to fit customers’ needs.
• Removing barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests - vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product based on customer input.
