Jerry.ai seeks a motivated Customer Operations team member to deliver exceptional support for auto, home, and other policies. You will handle inbound calls, identify coverage gaps, and guide customers through the app to find the right coverage.

This role offers remote work, a fast-paced environment, and growth opportunities. Compensation includes hourly wages plus uncapped commissions on the sales path, plus equity options and a comprehensive benefits package.

Competenze

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to navigate a fast-paced, remote team.

• Resolve barriers between customers and the right coverage.
