Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers, solving issues and identifying unasked needs such as coverage gaps or eligible discounts.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders needing changes.
• Develop deep product knowledge across multiple carriers to match customers with the right coverage.
• Resolve barriers between customers and the right coverage through proactive problem solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, and policy documents.
• Contribute feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
