Jerry.ai is seeking proactive Customer Operations team members to assist customers with auto, home, and related policies. You’ll guide customers, uncover coverage gaps, answer inquiries, and help navigate our app to find the right coverage. The role blends sales and service paths in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Strong communication and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers by addressing needs and uncovering gaps or discounts.
• Answer inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Learn the product deeply and navigate the app to match customers with the right coverage.
• Resolve barriers between customers and right coverage.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback to improve the product and service.
