Job summary

Jerry.ai is a remote-first company helping customers manage cars and homes with warmth and speed. As part of Customer Operations, you’ll answer inbound calls, guide customers through products, and remove adoption barriers to the right coverage.

We offer hourly wages of $19.00–$21.00 with uncapped commissions for sales paths, plus full-time benefits, equity, and flexible, fully remote scheduling. Candidates must reside in allowed states.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic, problem solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and proactively identifying needs such as coverage gaps or discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and from policyholders who need changes.
• Getting deep on the product and knowing which insurer fits which customer.
• Problem solving to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Providing feedback to improve the product through the feedback loop.
