Jerry is a remote-first company transforming how people manage their car and home assets. As part of the Customer Operations team, you’ll take care of customers by identifying needs they didn’t know to ask about, such as coverage gaps or eligible discounts.

You’ll handle changes over inbound calls and navigate our app to guide customers to the right solutions. We offer equity, flexible scheduling, full remote work, and a pay range of $19–$21 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or related roles is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers by anticipating needs beyond the question asked.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Learn the product deeply to match customers with the right options across many insurers.
• Resolve inquiries through effective problem solving.
• Process service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents).
• Contribute feedback to help ship improvements to the product.
