Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to deliver outstanding service to policyholders from a fully remote office in the United States. You will listen carefully, identify needs customers may not voice, and guide them through policy changes and product navigation.

Work with a fast-paced, collaborative team, gaining deep product knowledge across multiple carriers and continuously contributing ideas to improve customer outcomes and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take great care of our customers by addressing needs beyond their initial questions (e.g., recognizing coverage gaps, discounts, renewal risks).
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Develop product knowledge across a large panel of insurers to match customers with the right options.
• Resolve inquiries through effective problem solving and clear guidance.
• Process service requests (vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents).
• Provide feedback to help improve the product and user experience.
