Qualifications

• Experience using mobile and online banking platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Grow relationships via a disciplined sales process, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
