Job summary

You will process transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while educating customers on banking options and referring to other areas to deepen relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service or related military service, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking or financial services customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with mobile and online banking tools.
