Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge. You will help retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying financial goals, recommending deposit products, and processing transactions with accuracy and care.

The role emphasizes customer service, sales discipline, and adherence to bank policies, with opportunities to educate customers and refer to other bank areas to strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service or military service in an admin/contracting role or a Bachelor’s Degree.

Responsabilités

• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
