Responsibilities

• Provide service and support to customer territories, including account creation, sample copies, instructor resources, pricing exceptions, and CRM tracking.
• Offer solutions to customer issues using standardized processes.
• Regularly respond to product questions.
• Coordinate with sales to ensure proper territory coverage.
• Resolve bookstore and Instructor issues.
• Facilitate resolution of technical problems with Customer Service teams.
• Address student access code problems.
