Job summary

McGraw Hill seeks a Customer Enablement Associate to partner with sales, service customers across territories, and act as a primary contact when sales reps are unavailable. This remote role requires residency and work authorization in the United States, with travel up to 10%.

You will process accounts, provide samples, grant instructor resources, manage pricing exceptions, and track through CRM, while collaborating with regional teams to deliver timely solutions and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Provides service and support to customer territories, including creating accounts, providing sample copies, granting access to instructor resources, preparing pricing exceptions, and CRM tracking.
• Utilizing standardized processes, provides solutions to customer issues.
• Regularly answers product questions.
• Collaborates with sales team members to ensure territories have support coverage.
• Resolve bookstore and Instructor problems.
• Facilitate resolution of technical problems through Customer Service teams.
• Resolve student access code problems.
