Job summary

McGraw Hill is seeking a Customer Enablement Associate to work remotely within the United States. You will partner with the sales team to service territories, respond to inquiries, and deliver solutions when reps are unavailable. Travel up to 10% may be required and candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities include account setup, access provisioning, pricing exceptions, CRM tracking, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure coverage and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric focus; superior critical thinking skills.
• Ability to think independently and work with speed and accuracy to deliver results.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provides service and support to customer territories, including creating accounts, providing sample copies, granting access to instructor resources, preparing pricing exceptions, and CRM tracking.
• Utilizing standardized processes, provides solutions to customer issues.
• Regularly answers product questions.
• Collaborates with sales team members to ensure territories have support coverage.
• Resolve bookstore and Instructor problems.
• Facilitate resolution of technical problems through Customer Service teams.
• Resolve student access code problems.
