Job summary

ProfitSolv is hiring a Customer Education Manager to help customers extract value from our SaaS products from day one. You will build onboarding guides, webinars, videos, and knowledge base articles, and run training sessions and certifications.

You'll partner with Customer Success, Product, Support, and Marketing to identify training needs, measure engagement, and ensure consistent, high-quality education across product lines in a fully remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in customer education or SaaS enablement.
• Strong presentation and written communication skills.
• Experience creating customer-facing docs/content.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain onboarding content and training resources.
• Lead training sessions, onboarding workshops, and webinars.
• Manage LMS and learning programs.
• Collaborate with CS, Product, Support, and Marketing to identify training needs.
• Track engagement and feedback to improve materials.
