Spectrio seeks a Director of Customer Education to orchestrate and elevate customer education and training functions in support of strategic goals. You will drive program strategy, design, and governance across modalities while partnering with leadership to ensure alignment and impact.

Ideal candidate brings deep instructional design expertise, a passion for learning, and the ability to influence at all levels. This role supports remote work and requires travel for customer education.

Qualifications

• This role requires proven design and implementation of customer education programs that drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
• Strong expertise in instructional design and adult learning principles with modern training methodologies.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable enablement strategies and measurable programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a strategic vision for customer education programs aligned with company goals.
• Lead the conception, development, and oversight of customer education and operational training programs using diverse modalities.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure enablement initiatives support corporate priorities.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to assess program efficacy and continually refine based on data-driven insights.
• Create scalable training delivery across in-person, virtual, and self-paced platforms.
