Capital One is seeking a Work From Home Customer Care Coordinator in Auto Servicing. You’ll be the voice of the company, handling general account and payment questions, and managing escalations.

This role combines leadership with hands-on customer advocacy, and trains you to shape the customer experience from the ground up. Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with CST hours, 100% remote work, and a path to a senior customer advocate role.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry.
