Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Work From Home Customer Care Coordinator for its Auto Servicing team. You’ll be the first line of support for general account and payment questions, handling escalations with empathy and ownership, while guiding customers to a resolution.

The role is 100% remote with a Monday–Friday schedule and requires a secure home office and reliable internet. Prior call center or customer service experience is preferred, with familiarity with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• Preferred: At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.
• Preferred: At least 1 year of experience in the Financial Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care by demonstrating empathy and ownership.
• Resolve general account and payment questions and navigate escalations from offshore agents.
• Deliver exceptional service with a customer-first approach and end-to-end problem solving.
• Support customers through complex escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Grow into a customer advocate role through leadership and collaboration.
