Job summary

Capital One is seeking a Work From Home - Customer Care Coordinator to join our Auto Servicing team. You will be the voice of the company, handling general account and payment questions while managing offshore and web-support escalations. This role demands empathy, ownership, and a customer-first mindset.

You'll work Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM CST, from a secure home office with reliable internet. This is a full-time remote position, and sponsorship is not provided for immigration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 2 years of Customer Service or Call Center Experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
• At least 3 years of Customer Service or Call Center experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer care for general account and payment questions.
• Resolve escalations from offshore agents with end-to-end ownership.
• Be the voice of Capital One and shape the customer experience.
